No...Creations Flowers supplies flowers and balloons for any occasion, large or small, including funeral flowers.
'Do you operate a delivery service in the local area for gift bouquets?'
Yes...Creations Flowers will deliver gift bouquets in the surrounding area; a charge will be made according to the distance travelled.
'I'm getting married; do I need to know the flowers I want before I book a consultation?'
No...Creations Flowers will take you through all possible designs/colours/type of flowers that could be used during the consultation process.
'I have a particular flower in mind for my bouquet; can I use it?'
Yes...providing the flower is in season and available it can be used.
'I am working to a budget; does this affect the quality of my flowers and what I can have?
No...Creations Flowers will work within your budget, giving you the best options and styles possible without compromising on quality. It is a good idea to state at the outset if you are trying to keep within a specific budget to avoid disappointment.
'I have changed my mind on the style of table arrangements; can you alter them?'
Yes...changes can be made up to four week's prior to your event date, then the flowers will have to be ordered.
'Will I have to collect my flowers on the morning of the event?'
No...Creations Flowers operates a delivery and setting-up service that comes as part of the service. A charge is made based on the number of delivery locations and time required to set up. This is set out in your quotation and will not change.
'Can I use my church flowers at my reception venue?
Yes...Creations Flowers will move your flowers from the church to the venue (see above), and collect hired vases the next day or at a time and date mutually agreed between the venue and Creations Flowers.
'Is there a limit to the distance Creations Flowers will travel for a wedding?
No...Creations Flowers can travel any distance required to complete your wedding; a charge for delivery will be made (see above)
'I've had a bereavement; how do I go about arranging flowers?
Creations Flowers understands that at such times a quiet area may be required; a home visit is possible or, alternatively, Creations Flowers has within its Unit in Shefford a suitable private area where your requirements can be discussed.
